To be eligible:

* Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
* Products must be in the same condition as received
* Proof of purchase is required

For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products

Approved returns will have a 15% restocking fee deducted. This helps us cover handling and ensures we can continue offering high-quality products at fair prices 💕

**Return Shipping**

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we’re unable to guarantee returns lost in transit.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items**

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
